This lovely apartment less than a mile walk from Constantine Bay is ideal for families or a group of six friends looking for an active seaside holiday. The bay is a haven for nature enthusiasts and beachgoers alike. Constantine Bay boasts a pristine sandy shore and crystal-clear turquoise waters, creating an ideal backdrop for relaxation, sandcastle competitions and water sports. A short drive away, the picturesque fishing village and harbour of Padstow (4 miles) beckons with delectable seafood on offer in this ever-popular destination.
This gorgeous apartment has a reverse-level design set over two floors, so the upstairs living space takes full advantage of the stunning sea views. Downstairs opens into a hallway with a twin bedroom, a bathroom, and a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower. Patio doors lead out to the garden. Upstairs is a light and spacious open-plan living space with a kitchen/diner and a lounge, creating a contemporary and homely social hub.
