"We enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfy, and spacious house. The multiple decks made for a pleasant time relaxing outdoors and listening to the birds including the hummingbirds zooming around. The kitchen was clean and well stocked and we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was convenient for quick trips in to central Santa Barbara and the local beaches and attractions. We enjoyed our walks down the steep hill to several nearby cafes and a large bookstore. The location also felt very peaceful and private with all the surrounding greenery."

"Everything was lovely, beautiful view, perfect size for 5 adults and quant little town. I’m a clean freak so I like really clean homes so I feel like some things could have been cleaner: the couch had crumbs in the cracks, the dining chairs have stains on them, 2 of the towels in the bathrooms looked dirty and the carpet in the en suite bathroom looked dirty and with stains. However I would still stay here again because overall the weekend was great and my mother whom is very picky did not complain at all and loved the home. Thank you! "

"We had a wonderful mini getaway staying in Jennifer’s room. We truly enjoyed the scent of jasmine trees on the patio and the beautiful views from the window. It was such a pleasure to have our morning coffee while watching the sunrise — a perfect, peaceful start to the day.The location is fantastic — within walking distance to great restaurants, cozy cafés, bike paths, and the ocean. The host is friendly and always easy to reach.We highly recommend this place for a romantic weekend or a relaxing short vacation "

"Gillian's Cottage is great for a short stay. The host was great to communicate with and answered all questions or concerns. The place was clean and cozy. Unknown to the host at the time, the coffee pot did not work, so missed early habit of coffee first thing in the morning. Other than that, all was great!"
