Since Urban Ocean is located in an active construction area, you may notice construction activity during designated hours. Urban Ocean is located downtown - hear rolling waves, feel amber daylight warming the open space, watch spectacular sunsets. Just above the Seabrook Rental Office in a southwest corner unit with elevator access, you’re a short stroll from restaurants, shops, trails, the market, and the beach. On the deck, equipped with a Weber grill and chairs, you have a perfect perch to watch people buzz about on Front Street. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit features a wide-open, airy living space with a dining and kitchen area, a large island counter, fireplace, Smart TV, BluRay player, Bose Bluetooth speaker, 80 select DVDs, and a shelf full of curated books, including a signed copy of Ryan Holiday’s “Stillness is the Key.” Modern and minimalist, but also classic and comfortable.
