« This is a large, beautiful home in a nice community though there were many issues with the house that were not resolved until almost the day of departure. We sent many messages to the agency regarding missing items and appliances that did not work. Little or nothing was done despite continual promises by the agency to address the issues. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. »
