  • Beautiful house in a spotless place. Only 10 minutes away from Disney Complex and about 15 minutes from Universal Studios. House fully furnished with all facilities included. Complete Kitchen. High-speed Wifi.

    **Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification from Truvi.

    NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
    We don`t leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

Comfortable unit but....

Unit was as advertised but I was there with my wife and mother in-law which is 81 years of age and there was a bit of an issue with a area rug that was rolling up on the corners. It became a trip hazard and I did contact the host but he responded to me the day before I left which was to late. He stated he had no signal because he was a boat well if that is the case you should assign someone to be on stand by incase a guest has an with the rental. Poor excuse. Regarding the area rug my suggestion is to change the area rug one with a rubber backing so it grips the floor and there won't be any issue with corners rolling up. It's not that complicated to correct that issue. The other thing was the kitchen and living room area is very dark even with all the lights on. They need upgrade those lights bulbs of fixtures also it would be nice if they added pool towels the unit because yes there is a pool there. We are flying and I'm not going to bring a bulky pool towel with me other than that Internet and TV work fine, Bed was comfortable and everything else was in working order.

Wonderful

Eduardo was an excellent host. Made sure we were checked in Ok and if we needed anything. Home was very clean and spacious. Added bonus was the pool right there. Also the pool at the club house was a big hit with our Grandson. We were close to everything and had a wonderful time and definitely go back.

Perfect vacations!!

House is just amazing! New, clean, complete! We love all details. Nice club house with pool, hot tub and fitness center. Amazing and friendly staff. Disney is less than 10 minutes away. Publix and Walmart less than 5 minutes!! Community is very beautiful. We love all details!!

Clean and comfortable. We loved our stay at this wonderful home. The only thing I would suggest is that you make sure you go shopping for detergent if you need to wash any clothes, wash clothes and garbage bags. When we arrived none of those things were available so we had to make a trip out. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and our family would definitely do it again. And the owners were very accommodating and kind.

It was good, first time in Vrbo and would do it again. We Felt safe there. Nice pool. Unit needed curtains on Windows. Bring your own washcloths when you go.
