LONG TERM CONDITIONS

For long stays of 25 days or more, a $1.500 security deposit is required (charge separately from reservation). This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or deep cleaning required. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and maintaining cleanliness throughout the duration of their stay. Any damages or DEEP cleaning fees after the rent expiration will be deducted from the security deposit.

USD $200 CREDIT: No refundable, only apply to purchase additional services upon availability and request, only apply for reservations confirmed after February 10th, only apply for long rental stays (30 night minimum)

The condo was beautiful and clean. Plenty of pots/pans and space. The checkin was easy/ checkout was also easy. The only bad part of the whole week stay was the elevator. It was down when we checked in and proceeded to go down everyday. We emailed the owner, he then contacted the property. They turned it back on the day of checkin after we had lugged everything up the stairs. Day 2 upon returning to the condo with the scooter we got for my mom(who has knee surgery scheduled in a few months) the elevator is down. So it had to be carried up in heavy @** pieces. Called and emailed again. It got turned on that afternoon. The next morning, our Disney day. Elevator down, called property concierge. “Someone will be over soon” after waiting 30 minutes with no call back we lugged the pieces of the scooter down and my mom had to very slowly take the stairs. That night after getting back from Disney at 11:45pm. Guess what? Elevator is down again. The next two days we never saw the elevator working again. Including while checking out and having to take all our stuff down the stairs.

Good family getaway

Property was nice and just as described. Communication with manager was great. Only issue is that the pool and activities are a bit of a distance and it does not say that in the listing. There is also nothing at the resort explaining where to go or what to do. There was also construction on site which was super loud and started very early. Waking up at 6am on vacation every day was not my plan. Adding something in the room giving explanation of things and explaining where things are would be great!

problems

real hard time finding the correct check in place. Numerous problems with door. no hot water in kitchen sink. two curtain parts missing for privacy. broken chair leg on the patio. light switch eratic in big bedroom. no lights in the living room at all.( there was no remote to control light or fan). Being locked out of the room caused extreme panic with my wife. BIG PANIC. I think you owes us a lot of miney back!

Great location!

Super clean apartment, only 20 mins from Universal Studios. The place was comfortable and clean. One night there was a party going on above our place which we could hear, but that isn't the property manager's issue!! The elevator was not working upon our arrival, but it gave us a little pre Universal workout!! My only real complaint old be that upon our arrival it was over 80 degrees, and the heat was on and the temp of the apartment was 78... you are not able to correct the thermostat yourself- you have to text a phone number and wait for them to set it. We were very warm the first evening, but fine the rest of the stay. I just wish we were trusted to adapt the temp as we pleased, as one of the nights I would have bumped the temp up a bit...

Very nice unit, good location and access to attractions

The unit was clean and spacious. Common areas, hallways and stairs could be cleaner. It would be nice if unit was a little better stocked with cleaning supplies, trash bags etc. Overall a good experience, we would return.

Cleanest place I have ever stayed. Could have used a few more kitchen items (knives, spatulas, etc.) Also could have used more bath towels. But this is just nit-picking. Beds were comfortable and location was great. There was construction going on in the development which started precisely at 7:00 AM every day but we were warned about that before we even booked the condo. Wasn't a deal breaker. We are early risers anyway. I would most definitely stay here again and will also recommend it to friends and family. Great place.
