Summerville Resort is a new and prestigious collection of town-home villas just 5 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World! Be among the first to stay in this contemporary vacation rental with pristine finishes & amenities. No need to wait in line to shower here; each of the 3 bedrooms has its own attached bath. After a day exploring the parks, come home to indulgence at the Resort, which features a community hot tub, heated pool, fitness center, playground, and a sleek Clubhouse. SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please break down all cardboard boxes. In addition, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal. COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day. Night-time swimming is not allowed. POOL TOWELS - Summerville Resort does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. NOISE - No parties or loud activities are permitted. Community patrols will contact authorities and break any such events and guests will be in violation of rental rules and be asked to vacate the property immediately. PARTY/EVENTS - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Drive just 5 to 8 minutes to the parks, then return to your designated parking spot at the Resort. Pick up dinner ingredients on your way home and skip the overpriced park meals! There's a Super Walmart just two blocks away, and a Super Target within a couple of miles. Eat inside or out. There's a dining table on the patio, facing the lush, green space of a nature preserve, and a second dining table inside that's open to the kitchen. After dinner, pile into the comfy living area for a movie on the SmartTV, take the kids for one more dip in the pool, or let them burn off the last of the day's energy on the Resort playground before they crash in their Disney-themed bedroom. Guest Interaction Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Summerville Resort does not have a 24-hour check-in desk. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week. If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, simply go directly to your villa and we will be available to assist you when we come in the following morning. The location was very close to lots of restaurants and shopping, the property was clean and well maintained. The home itself was welcoming and beautifully decorated while being spacious. Mar 24, 2024 Liked: Check-in Disliked: Communication #### Disappointed Upon entering the unit laundry area door was laying against the wall. In need of a shower then handle fell off in my hand. Contacted management about the issue also five tvs two remotes only one worked. Requested someone to stop by when we were there but came back to find out unit was entered door was back on but still never would close. Contacted management several times even left voicemail message but they replied in my inbox told them the hours we would be in the unit no one replied or showed up so the entire 9 days used one remote for three of the tvs. The area was nice but disappointed for the money paid that management company did not follow up. I use Vrbo all the time this was my worse experience. Having second thoughts of using Vrbo again if this is the type of host they are using now I know why no other reviews were left on the unit. ##### Roe A.
