The staff did not appear to be well trained it took us 20 minutes to get checked in. There was a problem with another guest reservation, and we had to hear the issue about 5 times over the phone, once we got to the counter took 3 minutes. She could have put the people on hold helped us and the person behind us then went back to the issue. « The check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was reassigned because we brought a small, 16 lb miniature dog, and had to be put in a room that was special for peoplevwith pets. We were told so the room could be specially cleaned in case of allergies. Interestingly that other people brought pets that were larger and given rooms on floors on other levels.
