Get ready to fall in love with this newly built contemporary 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom getaway! Located just a short drive from Eagle beach Palm beach and Oranjestad in an ultra-safe residential area, this stunning home features 3 meter high ceilings, pristine white walls, chic décor, sleek furnishings, a private pool, and an abundance of natural sunlight throughout the home.   
  
The kitchen offers streamlined amenities from head to toe, including custom cabinetry, modern appliances, and ample space to whip up your favorite dish… or enjoy heating up leftovers. In addition, take note of the convenient kitchen island, staged with three hip bucket bar stools, along with a built-in glass stove and deluxe overhead rangehood.   
  
The family-room is classy, quaint, and incredibly inviting. Enjoy a three-seater sectional with a chaise lounge, wall-mounted flat-screen television, and island-inspired décor throughout. However, perhaps most alluring is the room’s series of floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Offering a remarkable sun-splashed view of the outdoors, these doors allow you to take advantage of that irresistible indoor/outdoor living in a way that only this one happy island can provide.   
  
Bedroom #1 showcases a King size bed with a gray cushioned headboard, double-cube nightstand, hemp rug, subtle artwork upon the wall and a walk-in closet. In addition to a spa inspired ensuite with a walk-in shower, this boudoir comes equipped with exclusive access to the outdoors. Enjoy greeting each morning with ease, as the grace of the natural sunlight peeks its way through the sliding glass doors. Or, if you prefer to catch up on your sleep, don’t hesitate to put the blackout curtains to good use.  
  
Bedroom #2 presents a Queen size bed with palm print artwork overhead, a fetching desk lamp, and plenty of space to unpack and unwind. This on-trend layout is sure to provide the perfect setting for you to relax and recharge. The room also features sliding glass doors for easy access to the outdoors and black out curtains.   
  
Bedroom #3 just like bedroom #2 presents a queen size bed and a tranquil view and access to the outside. The home also offers a laundry station with a combined washer & dryer  
  
Now, no island vacation is complete without a little fun in the sun. So, pour a drink and step out onto a gorgeous private travertine tiled patio with a cozy pool, comfy lounge furnishings, and romantic outdoor dining. Complete with a portable grill and shaded sail overhead, this little slice of paradise additionally offers a small romantic palm-laden wrap-around trail with round pavers to lead the way through the white caribbean beach pebble stone layout.

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.  
  
BEACH ESSENTIALS:  
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.  
  
CONCIERGE SERVICE:  
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

#### Exceeded expectations 

The house, property, location are beautiful and look just like the pictures. it was very clean and the private pool was amazing for the two of us. Definitely suggest a rental car as 5-10 minutes away from everything except 30 mins to baby beach. Casiola who it was rented thru, were very kind and prompt in responding when needed.
