« This property was a one night stop for us on our way to Shenendoah NP. It was perfect! The cabin was lovely, just enough space for 2, with everything we needed. We enjoyed building a campfire (wood/starter probided!) and eating the s’mores which were also provided for us. The quiet wooded surroundings were lovely. Definitely worth it! »

« Great location with beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets! Large, clean, spacious home, we did not even use parts of the home it was so large. We spent most of our time on top tier of the boat house soaking up the sun and lake as much as possible. Kitchen was gorgeous and very well stocked, with so many cool upgrades that us girls now want in our own homes We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. »

Adam was a great host; he responded to our texts quickly and was available throughout the week to answer questions. « Such a nice spot! The inside was perfectly fine, but the outdoor space is truly the highlight. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you need for water adventures—kayaks, paddle boards, a pedal boat, plus life jackets for all ages. This is the first place I've stayed that truly surpassed the pictures and the responsiveness of the management was lightning fast regardless of the nature of the inquiry. « We took our 18 yr old here on a trip of Virginia and NC. This house was perfectly located for the hikes and tubing activities we wanted to do. Skyline drive was cool even though it was foggy and drizzling on and off all day. Into Charlottesville one day for tubing on Rivanna river. So glad we have the washer and dryer. Super clean and had extra things like kleenex, coffe and shampoo. Really felt like home. »

"I would give a 5 if it wasn’t for the carpet in the room Don’t understand why still in 2025 they do room with carpet, as it is so disgusting since they cannot be washed between clients. What kind of thing is accumulated down there !
