« Office was closed when we arrived but had a sign posted that they were open till 8 pm. The key was in a lock box Asked for new sheets for the room but the cleaning staff had no fitted sheets only flat and we had to make up the bed our self. Asked for new towels and wash cloths towels were bought but never received wash cloths. « The cabin is awesome. Puts you right in Tennessee. The downtown areas are less than 10 minutes away which is awesome. The property manager was very easy to contact and cared about our stay. Wouldn’t mind staying here again for sure. »
