(Whole house sleeps 12) 2.5 Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 23 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame located on Main Street Cooperstown, NY! Walking distance to Main Street in Oneonta, NY



    The Space:

    Permit #P-02-13-2002

    This stylish apartment is in great condition and offers beautiful new vinyl plank flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "AFTER THE GAME APT 1" is a second and third floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, separate dining room, living room with a 50" Flat Screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 50 inch flat screen TV’s as well. Two bedrooms have a king sized bed and the third is a queen sized bed. For families that wish to group together, “AFTER THE GAME APT 2” is on the first floor and sleeps 6 as well.



    Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

    This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.

    We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.

    Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.

    No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.

    Main Street is just a short walk away with all the restaurants and nightlife, gives AFTER THE GAME an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

Fantastic Week!

First, let me just say that if you're a fan of beautiful architecture and woodwork and a warm welcome, this is the place for you! The hosts made the check-in process incredibly easy, the home was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were SO comfortable (and the blankets were super soft and comfy)!! We had plenty of room with three large bedrooms, a full dining room, and a living room. The bathroom was super clean, and we had plenty of fluffy white towels. There was even a lovely welcome package including trading pins and some breakfast fixings - totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. The WiFi was great, and there was a TV in every room which my sons loved. I walked my dogs every day and loved seeing all the amazing homes in the area, and the nearby park. The location of the home is fantastic. It is a 5-minute drive to Main Street (we highly recommend the Latte Lounge and Tino's Pizza), and just a few minutes from a shopping mall with a cinema, ALDI, and a lovely grocery store. The best part for us was the proximity to Cooperstown All Star Village - we were able to get to the fields in just 10 minutes which was fantastic. Cooperstown is about a half hour north. an easy drive through country roads and worth the trip to visit the Hall of Fame. Our teammates who rented cabins nearby were SO jealous of our wonderful accommodations. If you're headed to CASV this is a great place to stay!

Great place for family of 5

Easy, and early, check in process. We had our dog with us and Tim and Jeffrey were very nice to let us drop him off while we checked our son into All Star Village. Took about 2 and half hours to check him in. House was perfectly located to the Village so was a breeze of a commute which is awesome because we're always running a little late... House was fine. Built in 1910 so just understand what you're renting. Beds were all comfortable and all linens provided. The 1 bathroom was a challenge but not really an issue. We loved the neighborhood alot! Walked our dog a lot and enjoyed the hood. Lots of deer around which was really cool! We would definitely stay again!

Great stay for baseball

This house was in a great location for All-Star village. Lots of great places to walk to and a quick drive to the fields. Plenty of room for my family and the house was very comfortable. If you are considering this spot I wouldn't hesitate any longer!

Our stay

We stayed for the week because our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. The overall experience was great! All household supplies were there so no need to buy any essentials, including toilet paper! The A/C units kept each of the rooms cool and the ceiling fans were great! With it being hot, it was cool in the house! It was a very close drive to the All star Village, this was great in between baseball games! Less than 10 mins to get there. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to anybody with families and spending time at Cooperstown All Star Village!

The house was a great choice for our family and friends in town for baseball at All Star Village. Its a short drive to the fields, and also a nice walk to restaurants in town. Ammenities were provided as advertised, we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay for baseball

Perfect place to stay for 6 of us to watch my son play baseball. Close proximity to Cooperstown All Star village was a plus since some of the games are super late or early. Everything is as advertised. Very responsive. I asked for a bigger pan to cook up pancakes for a big crew and they brought me a brand new one right away. Lovely short walk to Main Street for dinner or coffee shop. We are happy we stayed here.

Charming in Cooperstown

We had a great stay here for our sons trip to the All Star Village. Beautiful and clean and comfortable. All the amenities that you need! Close to stores and restaurants should you need or want anything and a quick drive to the All Star Village. We would stay here again if ever in the area!

Very clean and well maintained with a charming old neighborhood feel.

Perfect for what we needed for the baseball week we had. I would recommend this location to others. The bonus for us was that the downstairs apartment was rented to a family that was part of our team so it created alot of convenience!

Great for Families

My family of 5 were in town to watch my son play baseball at the Cooperstown All Star Village. It was great for this purpose because of how close it is the the fields. The neighborhood is wonderful and has a nearby park. Tim provided excellent customer service.

Loved the house!

The house was clean and super comfortable! Nice sized bedrooms. I felt at home right away. Major plus, I did not have to go buy detergents (dish or laundry). It was already there with a variety to choose from. I would def go back there!
