« The room was small, but clean and well stocked. The location was good and it was perfect for our one night stay. The listing said that we would need to complete a third-party identity verification, instead they wanted to do a background check on us. That was not listed and completely different than an identity check. »

« This space is small, but overall the space is so maximized that it’s perfect for a short stay! The space is well stocked for a good week’s worth of time, if not longer, and truly has everything you could possibly think, along with so many things you may not think of. There were robes for each person staying at the rental (4!) along with slippers, so you’d be able to feel good walking the short distance to the hot tub. « We were in the basement apt. and this was 1 of at least 2, possibly 3 units in this house. The listing didn’t make any of this clear. Listing says 1 and 1/2 bath but there is only 1 full bath. Had overhead guests one night that were extremely loud at 2 am. « Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to Seattle..20 to 30 min downtown bus ride. Don't take the car. Apartment has everything you need, even washing machine and dryer. Perfect for a few days or a week in Seattle. Nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Owner very helpful...go for it! »
