Very well appointed, with everything you'd want for your stay: kitchen with cooking spices and coffee brewer with pods, nice bathroom, and living room with a comfy couch area and smart TV. Also, the wifi is solid. Be prepared for the walk up - it's only one floor up, however, the stairs are steep. Was not an issue for us, but may be if someone in your group has limited mobility. »

« I rarely write detailed reviews of lodging, however, I am writing today to say the level of care and attention taken to every detail of this stay was superior. The management was friendly, helpful and generous with their time. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. I arrived at around 6:00 pm to find a lovely assortment of refreshments including fine wine and an assortment of hors d'oeuvres. Somenone was on board to help with luggage. I will definitely stay at the St. Charles again. »

« overall impression is very old property. minor upgrades can help and upgrade cleaning products. I like the property managers, very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean however smelled like very strong bleach which is harmful to some with sensitive skin. Suggest using vinegar and dish soap as alternative. Paint the rooms to keep clean not just touch up. The mirror, put decal frames to upgrade it. There was mold in the restroom where the shower splashed the door frame, and underneath the...
