● Parking: Please park directly in front of your unit. There are 2 parking spots available.
● Backyard: The backyard is NOT available for use.
● Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a mini-split and comes with a remote. Please avoid setting the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter to prevent frozen pipes and potential malfunctions.
● Laundry: The washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more.
● Noise Potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have two other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.

Kindly ensure that you allow water to drip from all faucets and showerheads in both the kitchen and bathroom. Open all cabinet doors, and periodically flush the toilet to prevent freezing. Responsibility for frozen pipes falls on you, and alternative accommodations may not be available. Warmer weather could lead to pipe bursts, necessitating the replacement of the entire water line, with repair costs subject to a filed claim. Exercise caution in managing this situation.
