« Overall, we were very pleased with our rental experience. Our only complaint was that the listing says there is a washer and dryer, and we never located one. We inquired about it in the app and never received a response. While it was not a huge deal, just went and bought a new outfit, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that there was not one. We would stay here again when in town. »
