It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "We had a nice large apartment with good facilities and very comfortable beds. The staff were all very friendly, efficient and helpful. However in our apartment the noise from outside and the adjoining laundry was awful. There really needs to be better sound insulation for everyone’s comfort. Although beyond the managements control the barking dog outside was most unwelcome for hours on end in the middle of the night."

"This is great hotel, either as a stopover before you get a ferry from Bilbao Port (5 minutes drive) or spending a couple of days visiting Bilbao city as transport into the cityis very accessible. Rooms are quiet, air-conditioned (but could have been more efficient) and have tea/coffee makong facility and a fridge. There is an underground carpark for a small additional fee, which keeps motorcycles safe. We have stayed here twice, both occasions there were wedding events, but still we had a quiet night. The restaurant is okay, especially if you don't want to explore Santurtzi. Lovely friendly waiting staff who knew how to make a good cocktail. Highly recommend this accommodation."

We had dinner at the hotel which was excellent and a good breakfast. The gentleman on duty overnight at reception was especially helpful when we needed some assistance.We had a good stay and would happily use again"
