Talk about going above and beyond! I have never experienced that level of thoughtfulness from hotel staff. That kind gesture alone will make me return. Thank you for a great experience all around. The location is perfect as well. Plenty to do in the area and all of the food options were excellent. Del Frisco’s Grille is right across the street where we had dinner our first night. "

"The staff were lovely and polite, the room was on the 41st floor and the bed, decor and amenities were all clean, tidy and well kept. The room had a safe and this was used. The location of the hotel is great in Brooklyn and we used it primarily as we were going over to run the Brooklyn bridge parkrun on the Saturday morning. We did not use the restaurant but it did look nice. "
