  • Idéal pour les familles, maison moderne avec salon et salle à manger pour 12 personnes, toutes les commodités, y compris la climatisation centrale à deux zones et la télévision par Internet avec WIFI. Un pâté de maisons de la plage!

    3 étages avec 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, un évier / vanité dans chaque chambre, laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine en granit / acier inoxydable, et bien plus encore. Ventilateurs centraux d'air et de plafond pour votre confort. Vous louez l'intégralité de la moitié intérieure du bâtiment de deux familles.

    Premier étage: salle de séjour avec fauteuils / chaises pour 9-10 personnes. Internet grand écran TV avec câble. Grande cuisine avec garde-manger, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière à gaz / four, élimination, micro-ondes, nombreux comptoirs en granit, etc. Buanderie et salle de bain complète, avec accès à la cour arrière et au barbecue au propane Weber. Tous les nouveaux planchers de chêne scié sur quart.

    Deuxième étage: 3 chambres (roi, roi, reine), salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche. Planchers de sapin finis. Téléviseurs à grand écran dans 2 chambres, ventilateurs de plafond et lavabos / éviers dans toutes les chambres.

    Troisième étage: immense chambre avec 2 lits gigognes (4 lits jumeaux) et télévision, chambre à coucher avec un lit jumeau et un lit double, les deux avec vanités / lavabos. Salle de bain complète avec cabine de douche.

    Véranda confortable avec de nombreux sièges et un ventilateur de plafond. Petite cour arrière avec barbecue au propane (fourni). 8 balises de plage et de nombreux articles de plage fournis (chaises, charrette, parapluie, serviettes et jouets). Nous avons aussi des vélos que vous pouvez utiliser pendant votre séjour.

    Nous fournissons tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances confortables et sans soucis: cuisine entièrement équipée (vaisselle, casseroles / poêles, plats de service, verres, cafetière électrique, grille-pain four, mixeur, etc.); tous les articles en papier (essuie-tout, papier hygiénique, mouchoirs en papier); tous les draps (draps / literie, serviettes, couvertures); 8 laissez-passer de plage, chaises de plage, serviettes de toilette, charrette, parapluies et jouets. Propane pour le barbecue Weber.

The house was large and comfortable. The layout was perfect for multiple generations needing to spread out. A block away from the beach and a few blocks from Main Street meant that we didn’t need to get everyone into a car to go places. Owners were helpful and communicative. From check-in to check-out, everything went very smoothly.

We had an amazing stay at this property for the reunion of a group of friends! Host was extremely helpful and the space was perfect and well kept. Great location close to the beach. We would gladly return to this property!

Great Beach House

Very beautiful house, was filled with many amenities and was very clean! Sheila was a great host who helped with so much and was very friendly! Very close to the beach. A group of friends and I came from out of state for a holiday weekend and we had a blast. We had a great experience and would love to come back!

Perfect for our Family

This house was a perfect fit for our annual family vacation. The house is very new inside and the floor plan worked very well for the 12 of us. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the very short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this place.

House was exactly as described, well-stocked and owner was delightful!

Our family had a fantastic time here! We traveled from all over the USA so it was wonderful that all beach equipment (chairs, towels, badges, umbrellas, cart, toys, etc.), bed sheets, bath towels, were included. Fantastic Rental and Owner

First of all, the house was amazing and well equipped, and spacious including a welcome bag of coffee and wine. The owner, Sheila, was not only helpful but warm and friendly. Our grand kids enjoyed her company as she was next door during this week. The house is very close to the beach and the town of Ocean Grove. We also walked to Asbury park boardwalk with the kids so that is close too. Great house, Great owner and we had a Great vacation.

Near the beach with all the little extras you could want!

Our stay was truly exceptional. Not only was the property only about a block from the beach, but it was beautifully maintained. All the little extras you need like paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, hand soap, etc. were provided. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with. There is a porch out front with a ceiling fan as well. The property is only about 3/4 of a mile from downtown Asbury for additional shops and restaurants beyond those in Ocean Grove. Also if you get up early, the sun is beautiful over the water.

Wonderful stay!

We live out of state and decided to take a last minute trip to see family for Thanksgiving and are so happy we came across this home! It was fantastic and fit our family perfectly. Sheila was fantastic and extremely responsive when we had an issue.

Wonderful week at the beach. The house was spacious, clean and well-stocked with beach, kitchen and cleaning supplies. Owner was responsive with our minimal questions. Location can't be beat. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful House and Experience

This house was perfect for a family vacation to the beach. Shelia was super responsive and helpful and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The house was immaculately clean, and was supplied with everything we needed, even beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Location was great, close to the beach and walking distance to shops, cafes, etc. Would definitely recommend this property!

The Best

My family thanked me for booking this amazing place not once but multiple times. So great to have a sink in each room (just about.) We had lots of room and loved hanging on the porch. The beach was just a short walk and the pier at the end of the street gave the 80+ year olds a place to hang. Great quiet safe family oriented area and great attention to detail by the owners!

Great house perfect location

House is great and has plenty of space. We had a small group of 5 people and there was room for plenty more. Close to the boardwalk and beach which was great for my dogs. Overall great place to stay!

Christmas celebration by the beach

We were very impressed. The Duplex was more spacious than we even thought on line. When we arrived they had a bottle of wine on the table. Everything was up to date, clean and extremely well taken care of. It was great for us as we had a family of 6 stay on the third floor and a family of 4 stay on the second floor. Ten people was extremely comfortable , but 12 could of easily stayed. The house was well stocked with supplies and it is just a beautiful home. We also had great communication with the owner and I would highly recommend this house.

Family reunion-lots of fun but very noisy late nite neighbors

House was awesome. We didn’t like the late night party next to us. Location to beach was great. Loved all the amenities the house came with. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

Home away from home

We had such a great time. A block from the beach, quiet streets for mornings/evenings on the porch. House was pristine, updated appliances, and was so comfortable for all 8 of us to enjoy. Definitely will see us back next year.

Great house, modern, comfortable, clean and near the beach

This house was well stocked with anything you would need, it had a great grill, modern bathroom/showers, vanities in all bedrooms, and a great front porch as well. Also, it had a nice big dining room table for large family gatherings. Best of all, just a block from the beach.
