That said, there are a few minor issues with the place. The kitchen is lacking in basic cooking necessities. Upkeep of the condo doesn’t seem to be a big priority. While the condo wasn’t necessarily dirty, it definitely could have used a good deep clean. Many of the vertical blinds were missing (I was able to locate some and reinstall) and other blinds through our were damaged. The laundry closet door had several slats out of place that we also repaired. You could barely see through the deck doors due to all the build up but a little bit of winded fixed that. Perhaps, my biggest complaint is that this unit is advertised as having access to two of the multiple pools on the property. Unfortunately, we were provided with one pool code which only accessed one pool. When I reached out to the property manager they just kept telling me that since we only received one code we only had access to one pool. I tried multiple times but just kept receiving the run around. ##### Samantha F. It’s our second time staying at Hidden Harbor. The condo was very nice. You should get a new cleaning company as the condo was NOT clean.
