This spacious, third-floor condo - located on the side of its oceanfront building - is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Greet each morning outside on the balcony, where you can sip your coffee in cushioned seats and breathe in the fragrant ocean breeze. Back inside, relax in the sunny living room, prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and play after-dinner board games around the large dining room table. Watch movies on cable and DVD late into the evenings and sleep soundly in two bedrooms - each paired with a full bathroom. Things to Know There is a $50 non-refundable cash building registration fee due upon check-in Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
