You'll be less than a quarter-mile stroll from the beach, Northside Park, and fantastic community amenities at every turn. Montego Bay is a lovely bayside community that borders Northside Park, Ocean City's largest park with free concerts, summer fireworks on Sundays, and kayak and paddleboard rentals. Within the community, you'll have access to two pools, a kids' wading pool, tennis and pickleball courts, nine holes of mini-golf, and a shuffleboard court. There's also a bayfront boardwalk with fishing piers, an open park, and the eight-acre Walkers Pond with a half-mile paved walking path. Stroll home from the beach in the afternoons to be greeted by an outdoor shower to rinse away any lingering sand, rocking chairs out on the front porch, and a back deck and yard where you can continue to soak up the summer sun. Inside, the house has been customized from top to bottom, with dual-zone air conditioning, recessed lighting, smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and high-speed WiFi. The open living space is a natural gathering area, whether you're sitting down for breakfast in the window-lined dining nook, watching movies on the sectional sofa, or cooking in the elegant kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with bar seating. This property is located in an R1-zoned area. Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34\. The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. There were a total of 6 adults and there was ample space and beds for us to sleep comfortably. The pool is conveniently located behind the house. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away. I love that there's an outdoor shower to wash off before going in the house. My biggest complaint was the water pressure from the actual indoor showers. The master bath shower was big so it showed promise, but the water pressure was very weak and disappointing. This was our first time in the North shore and to our surprise there were a lot of shops and restaurants close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future. Rooms are very spacious, beds are so comfortable it has everything you could possibly need for a beach trip in the shed. The location couldn't get any better. We had young kids with us and one of the community pools is right behind the home the beach is a 3 minute walk and the life guard stand is right there. The shopping plaza has everything you could need as well. We will definitely look at renting here again in the future. ##### Alison L. Side door keypad stopped working. We called Vacasa and the first rep had an attitude and wasnt knowledgeable enough to help us. She said she put in a maintenence service call but no one ever showed. (I doubt she put in thr call) After an hour we called again and got another rep who seemed more knowledgeable. She helped us obtain the door key in the lock box so we could leave ans re-enter the property safely. ##### Deanna M. This home is absolutely beautiful. very updated, very clean ( a little attention could have been taken in the kitchen as minor drips on cabinet) however very clean. I only wish for an over hang on back porch. Due to rain and heavy sun, could not enjoy the back area as I would have liked. No expense spared on this updated home.
