Things to Know There is free parking for 1 car. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Dock details: Boat slip is available for an additional $200 / week. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We love the unit we stayed in. It was so very dog friendly and the owners are absolutely wonderful along with the community itself. The unit had everything you needed, and the beds were very comfortable, the location was perfect. Usually after being at the beach for a week, we are ready to go home, but We enjoyed staying there so much that we were really not ready to leave yet.
