This direct ocean Front building has easy access to the beach for sunbathing or to cool off in the ocean. This penthouse features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on the top 2 floors, accommodating up to 8 people. The interior is beautifully appointed with modern furnishings and tasteful decor, creating a stylish, inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Bedroom 1: - 1 King size bed Bedroom 2: - 1 Queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed Living area: - 1 Sleeping sofa The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, plenty of space in the dining area to seat your whole family, and the spacious living area provides a cozy space for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, the unit offers high-speed internet, cable TV, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. Bunk bedroom also missing window covering. Neighboring condo lights shining directly into room all night. Dishes and cups were not clean in cabinets. Washing machine filled with debris and lint. TV remotes without batteries. Would be helpful for a quick easy access guide to TV remotes, washer, AC, etc. Mid stay we discovered a mouse in the unit. Also High Point South management notified all guests that a recent visitor tested positive for legionnaires virus. Condo also has a sign posted at elevators that the facility is not equipped with a sprinkler system. That is scary, especially since the building next door was evacuated for a fire the first night of our stay. We had an issue with the door lock and the owner did respond promptly. Pool is only open until 8PM. Also the gate code provided for the pool was incorrect.
