Gorgeous self-contained cottage with ocean views, 3 bedrooms, pet friendly & outdoor spa. Open plan living area with slow combustion fire & reverse cycle aircon, opening out through French doors onto a rear deck with water views. Cook a BBQ on the back deck or enjoy the spa while your kids and dog play in the large secure back yard. Free Wi-Fi with 3 x Smart TV's in the house (Lounge, Master bedroom & Queen bedroom). 2 bathrooms, both with a bath. Close to the Bibbulmun Track forest walks, Monkey Rock hike, Wilson Inlet, Ocean Beach and Lights Beach and approx. only 8 minutes drive from town. FIREWOOD NOTICE: Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood will not be supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round. During the colder months (May–October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. You’re also welcome to bring your own dirt and bark free firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests and complies with Western Australia’s biosecurity rules. PETS: Well behaved dogs are welcome & booking this property is automatic acceptance of the following Pet Policy. PET POLICY: Pet Fee of $80 per stay. It is in a perfect location with beautiful views from the lounge room and both front and back decks. Great birdlife in the garden. The home is very comfortable and is well stocked with all amenities. The spa bath on the deck is lovely and the beds are comfortable. There are many different spaces within the home to relax. Our dog really loved it. It is securely fenced to keep pets safe.
