"We stayed in Laramie for the weekend for a wedding. Great property, cozy and clean house. Beds were comfortable. We had a little barbecue with some other members of our family when we arrived. A perfect experience! Thank you!"

"Older property, well-maintained. Has multiple buildings, some of which include long-term residents. Friendly, helpful staff and good cleaning crews. Onsite laundry has good quality machines and not-crazy prices. Reasonably quiet, but close to an Interstate and a very busy RR, so it's not silent. Local area is under construction: if you could walk to food, I didn't see it. I would happily stay there again. "

"This is a nice little place if you’re traveling on a budget. It has a fenced in back yard, that was great for our dogs, traveling with us. The second bed is extra firm/hard. My kids did not like sleeping on it. The washer and dryer are nice and are easy to work. The owner was professionally responsive to most issues that arose. However, when I booked my stay, the listing showed a hot tub under amenities. The owner did not want to provide any compensation for leaving early, due to the property not having the hot tub. Places you can see, are clean. However I dropped something behind the trunk in the master and it was filthy. The silver ware drawer has dirt and hairs in the drawer. When telling the owner of these untidy issues (also wanting to send him pictures to show), he said that he knew better and accused me of black male. There is no written check procedures and no place does this listing show where a fire extinguisher is located on the property. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and is very convenient. He is very hospitable, with coffee, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, and such. He has some of the cupboards labeled to help you find items easily. I say “2 person stay” because the water pressure is amazing but the hot water runs out fast. Our family of 4 could not shower without allowing breaks in between. Do not check out early, as VRBO stated they could not do much about the hot tub issue, since I left the property. So always stay until you contact VRBO."

"My kids and i had to visit Laramie for a memorial and i also had to see my soon to be ex-husband again. Needless to say, it was a stressful weekend, but the coziness of the basement apartment was soothing to my nerves. Lovely inside, quick response from the owners, would stay again/ recommend."
