« This is a super cute cottage. It is perfect for 2-3 people or a family with small children. We stayed overnight for a visit to UTM. The cottage is close to campus and the downtown area. Martin is a quaint rural town with a great Farmer’s Market, coffee shops, and Blake’s restaurant has delicious food. The cottage has a very comfortable bed, is well stocked with towels. We didn’t stay long enough to use the kitchen, but it looked to be well stocked. »

« Perfect little house to spend a few days! Everything is as described, clean and neat. Bed was extremely comfortable. I didn’t cook aside from using the microwave, but there was nothing lacking. Upon arriving I couldn’t get the door open, so I called Christy and she sent her sweet Dad over pronto and he solved the mystery (after days of rain, the door was sticking). Only downside is lots of mosquitos in the evening, no fault of the owner, just the days of rain. Reelfoot Lake is a treasure!...

« We were in town for my nieces wedding and needed a place near there home and the wedding venue. This property fit the criteria. Since my husband and I were traveling with my father, the two bedroom, two bathroom set up worked well. We also appreciated the fenced in back yard since our dog was with us. The only thing that could have been better was there was a strong musty smell throughout the home. »

« Very easy to find. Short distance to the state park. Park was beautiful. Had a view of the lake, although the neighbor across the street is building a privacy fence, but you can walk a little and see the lake. We enjoyed our stay. Bring mosquito spray, they were bad because of all the rain they have been getting. »

« We thought this was a great place to stay and are hoping to book this spot again in the future. My family is from the general area and decided to use Reelfoot as a place to have a reunion. This house was perfect, as it provided plenty of room. We spent a lot of time on the deck, relaxing and talking to one another, and cooked a lot of meals on site. The kids were able to alternate between games in the game room, television, and other activities. The view from the deck is amazing. »
