With three bedrooms—a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, two queen beds, and two twin beds—there are flexible sleeping arrangements for any group. Convenient in-home laundry and easy parking add to the comfort and ease of your stay. You’ll be located in the Polnell Point community, which offers beach access just a 0.5-mile walk away. The bedrooms have wall heaters. The main living space, even with the mini-split systems, may get warm due to the wall of windows that get 24-hour sunlight. \- The hot tub heating is complimentary, but there is a $65 spa cleaning fee that guests are responsible for. \- Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules. \- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. This was a great place for our family to stay. The views, the hot tub and the location made this the best place for us to be. Even though it was about 40 min from the festivities, it was worth the haul for such a lovely place. We really appreciated the complimentary pizza and gifts. We also loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. My only complaints are minor but worth noting. The mattresses were really hard, and pillows were not very soft either so if firm is your thing then you’re in business. The other thing was the toilet paper. Single ply Costco stuff just doesn’t cut it so consider bringing your own. Also, we have a two year old who could fit his body all the way through the upstairs railing so we had to be extra cautious when he was upstairs. The place was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the use of the washing machine. ##### Jessica R. Very clean and well stocked. Quiet. Short drive to Oak Harbour for groceries, etc. Hot water was reduced and we all couldn't shower one day. There was a small delay in property manager getting back to us about the issue, but hot water tank was repaired that evening. Would have given 5 stars if not for hot water tank issue as you expect to be able to shower when you rent a home. ##### Chad L.
