We finally found a patio door that cannot be locked to go into the house. All the property manager asked was whether or not the house had a lock safe for our personal belongings and did not provide us with any updated solutions to the problem. We tried some other doors and found an unlocked patio door in the back. I called Vacasa and they troubleshooted a few things but they didn’t work. They said a local operator would contact me to fix it. The local operator sent a text saying someone would be out to fix it but I never heard from her again. I didn’t like having to leave my stuff unsecured anytime I wanted to leave the house. Property was clean enough but bathrooms are pretty worn down. ##### Tina R.
