Our home is child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.

Vendors (e.g. landscaper) may stop by to conduct work on exterior spaces. They will not be allowed in the home without guests’ prior permission.

★ About pricing ★
We do utilize dynamic pricing. This means booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

★ Pet Policy ★
Due to severe allergies in owner families we do not allow pets on property.

★ Events and Visitor Policy ★
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we do not allow events or gatherings be held at the property. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is 10, which includes both overnight guests and any daytime visitors. Unfortunately, this means that additional local visitors are not permitted.
