Summary:  
Nestled by the River Bure in the Norfolk Broads National Park, this beautifully revitalized 3-bedroom 17th Century Barn accommodates up to 6 guests. Boathouse Barn sits on 15 acres of private land, with direct river access, inviting guests to escape to the peace of the countryside. For a more active holiday, canoe or paddleboard to a local pub directly from the property or make the most of the on-site tennis court! Enjoy stunning views, beautiful gardens, and fantastic rural walks!  
  
The Space:  
Thoughtful renovations and exquisite interior design create a home that exceeds expectations. Upon entering, you'll find an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bright lounge, located at the rear of the property, includes a comfy sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a large coffee table for family board games. Enjoy views of the tennis court through the double doors that lead out to the patio area.  
  
The kitchen centers around a stunning island, providing ample countertop space along with a large sink and draining board. Fully equipped with various appliances, utensils, and glassware, it's a chef's paradise. The adjacent dining area features a large wooden table with seating for six. A washing machine and dryer are conveniently located in the utility room.  
  
Experience three bright and airy bedrooms, all featuring high-quality bed linen. The ground floor includes a twin bedroom with direct access to the outdoors. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a super-king bed and an ensuite shower room, while the third bedroom can be converted from twin to king upon request, showcasing a unique window overlooking the dining area.  
  
The ground floor offers a family bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, toilet, sink, and under-sink cabinet. A separate shower room off the utility area, equipped with a heated towel rail, is perfect for refreshing after water activities. The master suite upstairs features its own ensuite shower room with additional comforts like a heated towel rail and under-sink storage.  
  
Step through the lounge's double doors into a private patio garden. Explore the expansive woodland and water meadow, offering captivating views of the River Bure and the wildlife of the Norfolk Broads. This tranquil property, ideal for garden lovers, also provides access to an on-site tennis court.
