« Our family had a wonderful experience staying at Tina’s little house. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. « We had a great stay. This is a very clean house right on the river. It's walkable to a nearby restaurant, park, and marina. There are several kayaks on the ground floor and a dock to launch them. Lots of seating on the ground floor, outside, and on the second-floor deck. There's a hot tub on the ground floor as well. We saw manatees and dolphins every day we were there. Be sure and kayak or boat upriver. There are several great spots to pull over and swim. »

« I have been to this area before and stayed in several different homes. I would actually pass this house and it looked appealing from the outside. I could never have been prepared for how well equipped, decorated, clean and the degree of detail which is paid to this home. « There was plenty of room for our large family group. The kids and young adults enjoyed the downstairs with 2 beds and game room while us older adults enjoyed the 3 bedrooms upstairs. We swam in the pool everyday and drove to the beach and kayaking where we saw multiple manatees. The owners were very helpful with questions and always quick to respond. »

« The home was very comfortable; everything in good working order, including AC, hot water, etc. The kitchen included everything we needed. The only issue was that the grass had not been mowed. We had a great time in the area. »

« Property was clean, and well stocked. The location was great,very close to all of the springs, very nice parks, and easy access to shopping and restaurants. The pool was huge and the perfect temperature. The beds were comfortable. Very large fenced in yard. Property could you use a good Handyman but everything we needed and more was there . »

Like some other guests have said, neighborhood looks a little shady at first but saw zero signs of trouble, crime etc. Check in was easy and close to plenty of things to do (restaurants, activities) and also close to the non-city life too (10-15 minutes).
