Adorable apartment in reasonable location, convenient to tourist attractions. The apartment is well maintained and provided and was an excellent choice for our family to decompress from a whirlwind tour yet enjoy the magic of Alaska. Rebecca is wonderful hostess, stayed in touch to help, and provided much appreciated foodstuffs, spices, etc, to make our brief stay memorable.

We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was fantastic, communicated promptly, and made everything easy from start to finish. Our kids absolutely loved the game room, which was a huge highlight of the trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had such a great time visiting Alaska! This home had everything we needed. The pool table was an added bonus. We had a great evening playing pool and grilling some burgers. The hosts thought of everything!

Great 2 story home away, 2 full baths upstairs and the perfect 1/2 downstairs. Plenty of everything: generous, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfectly placed and easy to find.We really enjoyed everything about the place.

This is a great property to stay at! It is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen and is comfortable. Rachel has put in a lot of effort to make her property amazing! We could not have been more happier!

Great North Pole rental

My Brother and Sister In Law along with anothr couple came to visit Alaska, They wanted to visit the Santa Clause House and Chena Hot Springs. This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in the area. One of our favorite rentals for their visit. Close to shopping and food

Our stay was great. Convenient location, great communications with host, well stocked and very comfortable. Felt completely safe in the area as well. The host was very accommodating to our late check out as well. Definitely recommend!

Great base in Fairbanks

We loved this place! It was very warm and welcoming and had lots of extras like coffee and snacks. The owners were very responive when we had trouble with the heating system, we wohere again.
