The view from the balcony of the salt marsh is beautiful and the proximity to the beach is very close. Only a minute walk to be on the beach. The property itself is clean and convenient, The host was a pleasure to work with and very informative about the area. Same beach as the big resort...

But with a very private, "alone" feel to the stay. We felt like we were staying in a private area without the hassles of a thousand other people in the same resort.

First real vacation

It was beautiful and very clean. Right across the street from the ocean. First time my boys have been to an ocean so it was perfect. Just the right amount of room for 3 adults, a teen and an 8-year-old.

Overall a great stay but the AC decided to quit the first night there. But the owner was very quick to respond and send someone out to repair it - twice. Despite two nights with no AC we made the best of it and enjoyed the pool just downstairs from us.
