That being said I contacted J and L about this unit and they were gracious enough to allow us to stsy on a very short notice. This place turned out to to be s pleasant surprise to us, not the most luxurious place we've stayed, but it was great for us and our little Miniature Aussie. The place was clean, everything was exactly as listed, the price was fair. Easy check in/out, the host left is a beach bag which wr used to tote towels and water bottles back and forth to the beach. I do recommend you get a golf cart as this spot is about 5 blocks from the coast, it is a nice leisurely stroll to the beach, but not if carrying beach essentials. We used their golf cart and were able to reach the 7th Ave public parking in less than 5 minutes each day. The hosts are great communicators and kept us informed and and answered us on several occasions where we had questions within like 5 minutes each time, regulars to beach rentals know this is rare to have such awesome communication.
