Sleeps 24 guests. *This new pricing “all fees included” is confusing. My nightly rate is $1,500 per night ($1,650 peak summer) and a $350 cleaning fee. Not including the fees. *February school vacation week is still available. February 22nd to the 27th. Ask me about weekday, multi day rate discounts!* This home is set back in the middle of 7 acres. Walking trails on abutting 16 acre conservation land, swimming, sauna, hot tub, pond for fishing and a huge yard for outdoor games. When booking please keep in mind this is a 400 year old home and has antique character. It is not a new 5 star hotel. It is old and not perfect, it has old farmhouse New England charm, the paint isn’t perfect, the windows are not perfect but it has modern amenities and newer furniture. I did recently shut the water to the soaking tub off in the master as too many guests were overflowing the tub and I have repaired/replaced the ceiling below 3 times. This is a 7,000 Square foot luxury home with an indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. There are 10 acres of a perfectly manicured lawn and pond. So much land for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, tag football, ultimate Frisbee, with additional conservation land hiking trails. There are multiple bedrooms with multiple beds to accommodate large groups. Features also include home theater with large screen TV, a ping pong table, patio for cookouts, a pond for fishing, the large yard accommodates a place for kids to run and play, yard games, a conservation parcel abuts with hiking trails, but winter will offer snow shoeing & x-country skiing.
PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT WEDDINGS!!! I cannot host any weddings on my property. No exceptions. This home is only suitable for low key family style vacations. NO WILD PARTIES!!!. To clarify what a non allowed event is, it would be a large gathering for more than the allowed 24 guests which would include a band, DJ, lots of cars, noise etc. That is not allowed. It is NOT considered an event if you have a corporate retreat, a yoga retreat, a low key Bachelor or Bachelorette weekend with 24 or less people, a family birthday party, wedding anniversary, etc. Anything being celebrated at the home within the allowed 24 guests is NOT considered an event and IS allowed. I can only fit 10 cars max on the property.
**Due to having too many issues/damage/broken house rules, etc. I have very strict rules about specific age groups, this is NOT a party house. Before booking, please outline the ages of your group and please offer as many details about your stay. I also highly recommend taking out the insurance for a more flexible cancelation option. In the event of Covid or anything else, it allows you to be able to cancel anytime and everyone is covered.
