« Perfect location for 3 generations to celebrate an Aggie Graduation! The back porch was an awesome place to visit and enjoy the peaceful location while we used the pit to cook burgers. Big bonus was that the master bed was extremely comfortable.We would definitely consider staying again. »

« Great secluded location with beautiful view and swimming pool. If you like country living this is the place for you. Commercial ice maker in garage is a nice touch. Two small observations: Bed count seems off, which did not make any difference to our group because we were smaller and kitchen could use a little better cooking pots, pans and utensils. If you are not used to living or staying in the county the hot water has an odor. Not an issue as it it just the water reacting to the anodes in...

« This house is the PERFECT place to stay for baseball tournament in Franklin!! We were here for my son’s tournament weekend. Very comfortable for our group of 6. It is 5 to 10 minutes to the ballpark. The house is precious, very well maintained, cold AC! Great communication with the host who accommodated all of our needs & always replied quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this lovely home:):) We will be back for future tourneys! »

« It was amazing first day we were greeted by 10 deer it was awesome second nite it thundered n rained but we loved every second we sat on the chairs on the porch and talked to 2 am it was great we will come back for sure »

« We enjoyed our stay. My 8 year old animal lover keeps asking when we can go back. Highlights were bottle feeding the baby goats and sheep, riding the ponies and horses, golf cart rides, feeding the animals, and getting up close to the animals. »
