"Everything was perfect at this resort. The whole staff was so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. All of them had gone above and beyond making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. When we had an issue with our toilet, they came and fixed it right away and apologized profusely. There were the two ladies at the front desk when we checked in whose names I don’t remember, and then two gentleman during the day, I think Carl with the DJ voice and James had recommended several places to check out and eat. We upgraded our room to a beautiful spacious 4th floor room 401. This was one the most beautiful rooms with a view. And of course we can’t forget GG the hotel mascot who always escorted us to our rooms whenever we came back to the hotel. It was such a great experience and hospitality was unmatched. The hotel is also centrally located among everything. Tours, restaurants, bars, shopping, gym, just everything. When we come back we will be staying here again and can’t wait to see all the staff, our kabayan."

"Our stay at Bahala Na Villas was truly wonderful! The staff were attentive, friendly, and so easy to communicate with—just a WhatsApp message away. The only downside is that it’s a little farther from town proper, around 20 minutes away, although it’s conveniently only about 10 minutes from the airport. Thankfully, they have their own tricycle service that we could easily message whenever we needed a ride, which made getting around very convenient. I’d also like to commend Ate Mimi and Kuya Mac for going above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. They truly made our stay extra special. One small incident actually made me appreciate the place even more. I paid a ₱2,000 cash deposit at check-in and completely forgot about it when we checked out. Since a different person assisted us at checkout, it was understandably overlooked. I only remembered when we were already at the airport. I messaged them, and they immediately returned the deposit through GCash without any issue. They could have easily ignored it, but they didn’t—and that really says a lot about their honesty and integrity. El Nido was magical, and Bahala Na Villas made the experience even more special. The location was a small trade-off, but the hospitality and overall experience more than made up for it. Definitely recommend!"

"My second time staying at this hotel and really enjoyed it. Definitely worth it for the view, fresh breakfast, amenities, professionalism of the staff, and walking distance to El Nido town. I was very happy to see how many improvements were made during my last stay 2 years ago. The owner is great and made me feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel."

"這次入住愛妮島的 H 飯店，整體設施讓人印象深刻。我們特別喜歡他們的頂樓景觀酒吧 Piece of Sky，傍晚上去喝調酒看夕陽非常舒服，氣氛真的很放鬆。飯店也有提供合作的健身房，設備還算齊全，下午沒事可以去動一動，晚上再去 H Signature Spa 按摩，非常方便。房間內的私人景觀陽台視野很好，可以直接看海。飯店的公共設施跟地點都滿方便的，走路就能到海灘和市區逛街，是一次很不錯的住宿體驗。"

"This is an amazing property. Beautiful right on the beach. Staff was super friendly and helping booking everything. For breakfast, the beef Tapa is AMAZING."
