Superb bright apartment, terraces free secure parking 600m from the sea

  • Leave the car in your secure basement parking lot and access your apparently spacious and very comfortable fifth floor with elevator. Everything is new!
    Very well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, very good quality oven, Nespresso machine and electric coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. Large fridge freezer. Plenty of kitchen utensils.
    Separate toilet with sink
    Bathroom with bidet and all toiletries and hairdryer
    Very comfortable rooms
    160 beds with new mattress and mattress topper for more comfort. Very quiet electric shutters, new double glazing very efficient for quiet nights. Terrace with armchairs accessible from both bedrooms. Magnificent view of the beautiful village of the HAUTS de CAGNES
    Air-conditioned living room very well equipped.
    Fibre, WIFI
    Terrace with garden furniture for your meals. Beautiful glimpse of the sea!
    All shops at the bottom of the building. Very good restaurants by the sea within a ten-minute walk.
    The beach at the end of the avenue, beach towels are provided.
    The train station is a 3-minute walk away, with all the beautiful destinations of the French Riviera and Italy...
    The pretty villages of the hinterland are very easy to reach by car. Everything is there to make you have a magical stay!

The onsite parking garage is a challenge, but the owner can't do anything about it, as it comes with the building. The space available for the apartment is fairly large, but tricky to use. Recommend having a small car with parking sensors.

Appartement lumineux, grand, très bien équipé, lits confortables, stationnement intérieur privé inclus, tranquille et très bien situé (gare de train et mer à proximité). Bien que l’hôte ait été aidante et réactive, les directives relativement à l’accès à l’appartement furent compliquées et selon nous devraient être plus claires.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement !Très bien placé, 10mins de la plage, plusieurs commerces et restaurants en bas de l’immeuble et proche des environs en voiture des autres villes pour visiter ! Appartement très bien équipé et très propre Nadia est super !Je recommande
