Sleeping 8 people comfortably each room is furnished with queen -sized beds. The Master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower .The main floor feature a 75" smart HD tv ,floor-to-ceiling windows ,a quartz countertop, a glass dining table with 6 chairs, a couch , 2 recliners and any appliances that you may need during your stay.

1: Any damaged or missing items will be charged to guests for replacement.

2: ⛔️Any area with a locked door is non-accessible during your stay.

3: 🚫Laundry will be available for stays longer than a week or upon special request.

3: 🚭Smoking in the garage or inside the game room will cause 500$ fine.

4:⛔️ Pls do not touch or unplug the door lock gateway and avoid the penalty of CD $ 350. (inside plugin the powder room).

5: 📷Pls do not touch Camaras and avoid the 350 CD $ fine. (inside the garage,backyard ,driveway, doorbells, and game room.

9: Early check-in or late checkout is available on the acceptance of the request with the charges of $150 for a maximum of 3 hours.
