« Charming older property with a great view. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of off street parking for our 3 vehicles. Steve was exceptionally great to work with. During the first day of our stay one of the 2 AC units went out (during the hottest, most humid days) and he was immediately responsive and had a new unit installed by the next day, updating us on the progress the entire time. « We stayed at this property for a week due to our kids being in the National Finals Rodeo at the fairgrounds, which is only about 4 minutes away. The house is well kept, beds are comfortable, and it came fully stocked with everything we needed. It’s not an opulent house but feels very much like a home. « Stayed 3 nights to attend NASCAR race in Newton. House was only half hour drive away from track. Very comfortable house for my group of 6 to stay in. The neighborhood was quiet. No troubles accessing house or garage. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. We used the lawn chairs and grill one night. Otherwise not there much because we were at the track. Plenty of hot water for all 6 of us to shower each night. Comfortable and roomy. »

It was surprising at first to see how small it was on the outside, but the inside is furnished perfectly for overnight stays.We left a foam mattress topper that we bought brand new to soften up the bed and it made a huge difference.Everything was really well designed and placed. We'll be back next year! »

« This home was exactly as described. We were in the area for a football event and it was wonderful having a "home" to go to at the end of the day. The area was very quiet and the property was very well maintained. Being there for 5 days/4nights with a teen practicing in the summer heat, having the washer and dryer was a huge plus as wash having a garage to park in since we did experience severe weather while there. I would definitely stay here again if needed. »
