This unit is Located on the Upper Level of our Oceanfront duplex, our home includes 1 King Sized Bed, 1 Queen, and 4 twin sized beds. Our home includes 1 Car Garage Parking, Free shared laundry, Smart TV, Cable, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Bed Linens, Beach & Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys, and Sand Umbrella. ​​​​​​​Our rental home includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc), Smart TV & Cable, Outdoor patio on the Boardwalk, on-site Parking, and much more! Bedroom 1 - (1) Master Suite King Bed w/ En-Suite Bathroom Bedroom 2 - (1) Queen Bed w/ Shared hallway bath Bedroom 3 - (2) Twin Sized Beds w/ Shared hallway bath Bedroom 4 - (2) Twin Sized Beds w/ Shared hallway bath The rental has a deck between the kitchen and first bedroom with a small table and chairs and a propane barbecue for private outdoor dining and grilling up family favorites. You do not have access to the downstairs patio. Located on 4th Street just a quick walk from the Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, & Ferry with Volleyball Courts and fire-pits out on the beach near the pier and you are never more than a few minutes away from the action! From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do. For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from across the Street. For those of you with kids, Balboa Fun-zone is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you wanting to Shop, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry and catch a quick taxi up the Hill to the Shops at Fashion Island. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: \- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation. \-This is the Upper (2nd Level) Ocean Facing unit of an oceanfront Duplex. \- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected. \-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc. \-Parking Garage is Shared However, you are provided (1) Designated Parking Spot on the right hand side of the garage. \- The indoor Fireplace is inoperable and for decoration only. Do not attempt to light. We recommend you bring firewood if you plan to enjoy the fire pits on the beach provided by the city. \- This Upper home does NOT have access to the Ground Level Patio. PETS - This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately.
