Super helpful staff, amazing location. The gym/exercise room was quite nice for a hotel as well. Only gave 4 stars as there were some maintenance issues with the room (flooring loose and cracked) and the coffee in the lobby cafe wasn't the greatest. Overall would definitely look to stay here again on our next NYC trip.

the room was clean and spacious, staff was exceptional! the bathroom in the hotel room was weird with no shower door, but other than that, no complaints. beds were spacious with an extra bench. minimal and dim lighting. bathrooms in the hotel lobby were horrendous. avoid them if you can.

Location was great for Broadway shows. Staff was very friendly. Seemed to be a lot of waiting for elevators. Bathroom sink very slow draining and toilet did not flush which maintenance addressed. All in all, it’s a good place to stay.

Great service by staff, very helpful when it came to check in. We arrived early but staff were very accommodating. We were able to store luggage until we checked in at a later time, rooms were clean, and spacious. We had a late flight out but staff were very helpful with storing our luggage until our flight out. Recommend anyone here especially if you are looking at spending most of your time in Times Square. It’s accessible to train station!

The rooms are a very nice size for the cost especially in time square area. Everything is in walking distance and the subway is at the end of the street. I recommend getting a high floor level for the views.

The property was conveniently located. The coffee bar was available and very attentive. The shower in the room was concerning, as it was a walk-in, but it did little to contain water, so I was worried about getting the entire floor wet and falling. Other than this issue the room was perfect.

Walk-in shower had no door or curtain so water got all over the floor. No option to switch rooms because all walk-in showers the same and they were fully booked. Our other room has a tub with shower curtain so ask for a room with a tub! Otherwise room was fine but small. $25 per day to use at the coffee bar was a plus! Rooms clean and beds comfy. Convenient location!
