« This property is an absolute delight and exactly as advertised. But wait, there's more. The house comes with fresh cut flowers, fine chocolates, popcorn and coffee. The views are amazing! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The screened porch is a delight and there is almost always a breeze. One of the unexpected joys of the stay was watching Shannon, the owner, walk her 3 geese to the river each day for a quick swim. So cute! The house is only 15 minutes from town but...

« This is a lovely property! The screened porch is the cherry on top! The house was SPOTLESS & Kim made sure that we had absolutely everything we could have needed! The neighborhood is quiet, the town of Gloucester is close by & friendly. We stayed in most of the time & took advantage of the well organized& stocked kitchen. « I have rented this property multiple times and will continue to do so. The rental is well maintained and its location on the Chesapeake Bay provides relaxing views and its close proximity to the shoreline feels like you are on a boat with the waves breaking below. The communication with the owner is straighforward and timely. I continue to enjoy this rental experience and look forward to renting again in the near future.
