Appartement très modern et spacieux
L’hôtel est très bien placé: la plage et the costal Walk a côté. Un nouveau supermarché au coin. L’appartement est grand et tres fonctionnel. Quartier calme. Dommage que il y avait personne à la réception à notre arrivée. Mais tous c’est très vite arrangé après un coup de fil.

We were able to check in early, the apartment was clean and bright. Bed was comfortable and facilities were everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying again.

Lovely welcome at check-in. My son and I stayed in Unit #10, which was a stand alone unit. We couldnt find fault with anything and my son appreciated the decent sized carparks as he drives a big ute. There were a few families stsying making use of the close proximity to the beach just a short walk away.

Nice clean unit, very close to beach and easy drive to the CBD. We didn’t have wifi for the entire stay, we were told they are having a technical issue but there is not alternative solution. We had to keep purchasing mobile data which was not expected.

The motel was located in an excellent location and contained all the features we were looking for. This included a full Sky package. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room had cobwebs in most Of the light fittings, was a tomato seed growing out of the tap in the kitchen and the last straw for me was a cockroach in the bathroom… which took residence behind the mirror.. I such a shame as is a nice location and people We’re lovely and very accommodating.. I would’ve raised these concerns with owners but I had to make a 8-9hour trip back home.

Hi Joanne I am so sorry our cleaning was not up to scratch for your visit. Our manager could not see where there was a tomato seed and I have spoken to the cleaners regarding the cobwebs. Unfortunately the cockroaches are tricky little buggars and we have sprayed the property to get rid of them but they come in from the garden. I am disappointed as this is the first complaint we have had regarding our cleanliness in all the years we have been here and pride ourselves on high standards. We hope to see you again.

Nice quick and easy check in, no fuss, quiet area, comfy bed, nice shower, very warm and clean. Towels were a bit tiny for my liking but they must have skinny beans in the naki!! They had a heated towel rail which was lovely to get said towels from. We will be back.

. Basic motel units with very comfy and clean beds. Newly upgraded bathroom. Not too sure why they are called apartments but was good for a one night stay. Close to Fitzroy beach and shops.

The location was perfect - the beach just down the raod was great. The facilities were very comfortable. Good point to expore Mt Egmont.

What a nice surprise to arrive and find out that we'd been upgraded to a larger room. We had a great stay and all the staff were very friendly. It is the perfect place to stay for families, great location with the beach so close.
