The cabin and grounds are well taken care of and very clean. The layout allows for everyone to enjoy each other’s company without feeling like you are on top of each other. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The location was great and very easy to get to campus. Truly a haven."

"We were in town attending a memorial for a local family member. The first floor rental was the perfect spot for our family. We had two other members of the family that were able to rent the second floor. We were able to see both rental units. Clean and what wonderful local art and history!The area was nice and quiet, the home charming. It was exactly what was needed, made us feel at home. "We love the two separate cabins and enjoyed the fishing in the Ohio river. We even caught a catfish! We had everything we needed for our stay and the communication was great from the host. We wish we could have stayed longer than 1 day. Watch out for the poison ivy on the bank but other than that, great stay!"

"A quant cabin tucked away in an absolutely beautiful area, a great place to go and get away for a little while. Definitely recommend staying here if you can, this is our second time staying in this area and will definitely be back in the future!"

"We had a very comfortable stay and It was a short drive to kyger creek power plant. The property was well kept, the inside was very clean, updated and had everything you could need. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower but thats nothing. "

"My boyfriend and I are in a long-distance relationship. The McCoy Inn is halfway for us. We visit at least once a month, and have for the last year. It is always clean. The rooms are huge (We have been in just about every room type). Check in is always easy. We both love the McCoy Inn so much. No other hotel gives you as much space for the cost. "

"We had a great family vacation. The library in this home was a cozy favorite and we enjoyed playing games at the large kitchen table.It is an old house and with it comes some quirks, but overall a wonderful experience. The only piece to be aware of for families is the loud pump that can heard any time water is used. The host was friendly and the check in/out process was the easiest we have ever had with our trips.Looking forward to returning again in future years!"

"Spend a whole week here and hardly left the property. This house has everything you need from toys for the kids, fishing gear, tubes & water toys, bug spray (which I never really needed b/c I saw no mosquitoes and if they are around they will find me! Lol), lots of household goods, plenty of tp & paper towels, laundry soap, etc. All the pots and pans and kitchen utensils including an airfry, 2 types of coffee pots & coffee and tea. We cooked there all week and the only thing that you might want to bring are some spices otherwise just bring food, clothes and a toothbrush. Then sit back and relax on the front porch swing, my favorite place! Thanks again Roger & Mary for sharing your beautiful property, you truly have thought of everything! "
