There was plenty of space for all of us. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A couple of things worth mentioning, there are a lot of stairs- also, the driveway is a little tricky to find the 1st time you drive up (especially in the dark), after that, no problem. There is about a 3” “lip” between the driveway and garage floor. A hard trip & fall didn’t end up in an ER visit, thankfully. Host was easy to communicate with, we would stay here again. ##### Kim B. Reviewer Comments: From booking to checking out, my experience with Playlist Properties was outstanding. Michael went the extra few miles to meet all my needs. Response time to all my emails, texts or phone calls was immediate. Everyone I met or spoke with was very friendly and professional. The property was perfectly located - walking distance to downtown Gulch, short drive to Broadway. The property was described accurately, except for the number of stairs which was fine for us, but if there was someone who had trouble with stairs it would have been a problem. The property was immaculate, and very well maintained. Check in and check out instructions were clearly written. There was plenty of space in the house, and its location was great.
