You are less than a 5 minute walk from dozens of trendy & iconic bars, restaurants, & cafes & a 5 minute Uber from downtown & Nissan Stadium The inside boasts a large open layout, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a primary suite on the 2nd floor, plus all modern amenities, off-street parking, & a large backyard & deck for entertaining This 2000 sq ft 1922 Craftsman home was completely updated in 2023\. The layout is open and inviting and truly made to entertain. Custom artwork from local artists adorn the walls and shelves of nearly every room in the home along with custom artisanal tilework in the kitchen and bathrooms. On the main floor is a large, open concept living and dining area with incredible natural light, a massive sectional, 60 in smart TV, high-end record player and vinyl collection, large custom art pieces, a designated office area, and 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms all have their own closets with hangers provided. The brand new designer mattresses and bedding sets allow for a great night's sleep. And one of the bedrooms includes a brand new sleeper sofa should you need it. Upstairs, you will find a primary suite with a designer king bed, large picture windows, a 60 in smart TV, a dresser, a massive closet and a private bathroom with a bidet. The fully-stocked kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, gas range and stove, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cups, dishwasher, blender, air fryer, toaster, and all the essential cookware, bake ware, silverware, and pots & pans needed for staying in and making meals. Wanna go out? World famous establishments such as Mas Tacos, Dino's, Pharmacy Beer Garden & Burger Parlor, Barista Parlor, Coral Club, Lyra and more are all within 2 blocks of the home. Dozens of bars and restaurants and coffee shops in 5 Points are only an 8 minute walk away. The honky tonks of downtown are only 2 miles away and the rest of the city is easily accessible via Ellington Pkwy and the interstate nearby. Also, be aware that you will get a very long list with a LOT of uppercase rules long after a you have committed, some seeming a little ridiculous. None impacted our stay but a few seem unnecessary. Drew must’ve had some negative experiences in the past, however this would not keep me from returning. His home was within 10-15 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go in Nashville; lots of restaurant and shopping options are very close by. His home was clean, well appointed, had cool artwork throughout, and smelled good. The beds were comfortable and the showers were relaxing with good water pressure. I enjoyed cooking on the gas stove and I appreciated having water and ice on the door of the fridge. Everything in the kitchen was convenient and within reach. Parking was plentiful on the street or on the left-hand of the shared driveway. Our family was very pleased with everything Drew provided us in his home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others. ##### Christine G.
