  • Come stay in our clean, sanitized, comfortable, private townhouse has all the amenities of home and is close to everything and in a safe neighborhood!
    You can see the Grand Ole Opry from the upstairs master bedroom.

    The Kitchen has a dishwasher, regular coffee maker plus a Keurig single cup maker, microwave, and all amenities. A sliding glass door off the kitchen leads to a covered patio. Spend your evenings relaxing on the patio, grilling in a privacy-fenced yard.

    1.5 mi Opryland Hotel and Convention Center (not recommended to walk due to no sidewalks and highway)

    12 mi. to downtown Broadway (3 different routes which make it very easy to navigate around Nashville traffic from this area)

    Gaylord Springs and Two Rivers Golf course, Wave Country Water Park, Cumberland River, Music Valley Dr. or ride on the world-famous General Jackson Showboat. Other attractions that are nearby: South Broadway Honkytonks, The Hermitage (Andrew Jackson's home), Two Rivers Mansion, Percy Priest Lake, The Parthenon.

    PARKING AND GETTING AROUND:
    There is a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. It's a short 12-15 min ride to downtown lower Broadway. Parking downtown is expensive and hard to find. Uber and Lyft are the best and most affordable options.

Jennifer was a great host. She kept me up-to-date on check in times, going so far as to let me know i could check in early. Home is super close to the convention center. A definite plus for me.

This was my first experience with VRBO as well as this property. I've used other short term rental services in the past and this was similar, with the convenience of having a whole house to be in, which is very welcome after a long day, or if you just want to chill for a few days. In our case we did a bit of both and the property was perfect. The size for our purpose was good, and the property comes very well equipped with everything that we might have wanted, and then some. We will definitely try to book it the next time we are in town. Highly recommended if you are in Nashville.

This house was lovely and is located a 10-15 min drive from the Opry and from the mall, it is on the other side of the highway. There are no real restaurants in walking distance so you really need a car for this property or be prepared to Uber everywhere like we did. The house has all the amenities that you could need and is in a lovely subdivision right off the highway. The beds are very comfortable and there is a nice little garden to sit out in as well.

This was truly everything it advertised. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, cozy and warm and perfect for our stay. Jennifer was very responsive with question we had and provided great recommendations for food and activity. We relied on ride share (Lyft was better) and rides were plentiful, economical and reliable to downtown and elsewhere. Nothing negative at all to report! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4. I was very impressed with the thought the owner has put into all the extra things a guest might need. The kitchen was very well stocked as well as lots of extra blankets, pillows and towels. There was also ziplock bags, shampoo, and body wash. We will definitely stay here again.

Jennifer was an awesome host. We survived the Nashville Ice Storm of January 2026 in her lovely home. She extended our stay very graciously when we got stuck there because of the weather event. Everything here is clean and well thought out. All the amenities you expect in a vacation home. Very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. Location is very convenient to all Nashville attractions and all traveler needs. Planning to stay again!!

We really enjoyed staying there and appreciated having the book with all the information in it.We included some of the maps and brochures that we had collected and put them in the books for others.It was great having all the Christmas decorations. It helped make it feel Homie.

Beautiful and Relaxing
