« My adult daughter and I stayed here to attend a local Renaissance Festival. This cottage is so peaceful. We could have happily stayed there and never go e out anywhere. Just monites from Franklin and Nolansville, there's lots to see and do. Check in and all other activities were simple, the hosts were considerate and gracious. It was a joy to stay there. »

« My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but...

« We enjoyed our stay at the Concord Cottage very much. The house was exactly as pictured. I would definitely give it 5 stars. The only suggestion I would make is a TV in the family room for those unable to climb the stairs. The birds that had built a nest in the wreath on the door were an added surprise when they flew into the house when I opened the door. It took a while, but we were able to catch and release them back outside. I would definitely stay again when I return to TN. »

And about 20-25 minutes walking distance from Nissan Stadium for football. Staff very courteous and efficient. Spatious appartment and perfectly clean. I will certainly come back to this place. »
